Good Reads Summary -

Three years ago, Sophie Mercer discovered that she was a witch. It's gotten her into a few scrapes. Her non-gifted mother has been as supportive as possible, consulting Sophie's estranged father--an elusive European warlock--only when necessary. But when Sophie attracts too much human attention for a prom-night spell gone horribly wrong, it's her dad who decides her punishment: exile to Hex Hall, an isolated reform school for wayward Prodigium, a.k.a. witches, faeries, and shapeshifters.By the end of her first day among fellow freak-teens, Sophie has quite a scorecard: three powerful enemies who look like supermodels, a futile crush on a gorgeous warlock, a creepy tagalong ghost, and a new roommate who happens to be the most hated person and only vampire student on campus. Worse, Sophie soon learns that a mysterious predator has been attacking students, and her only friend is the number-one suspect. As a series of blood-curdling mysteries starts to converge, Sophie prepares for the biggest threat of all: an ancient secret society determined to destroy all Prodigium, especially her.

      My Review:
Where do I even start with this book? When, I try to put this book in words I find I have trouble because I don’t know where to start. I just loved this book; This book was just exciting and you wondering in the first chapter of this book. I just could not put this book down.

There were parts in this book that I was like “woah, I cannot believe what just happened!” To me I have no negative thoughts towards this book. I especially loved Jenna. Even though she was a vampire she had this attitude that just I liked. I also, I was curious with the character Archer throughout this book. I don’t even know how to put him into words.

The main character, Sophie was defiantly with no doubt (I am sure if you read this book you will like her to) my favorite character. She was very nice, wonderful friend, and even though she scared sometimes most of the time she stood up for herself.
The author, Rachel Hawkins, did an excellent job to me and when sophie (& Jenna to me)were sad, happy, or confused you were right there with them.
  My Rating:
I give this book 5 out of 5 towersI though this book was really interesting and just good and I can't wait to go to the book store and buy the second book.
